So does that mean one is actually better staying with regular he-aac as the lower bitrate sbr enhancement tweaks etc are integrated and part of the code already in commercial versions or setting, but not in this Opensource project due to tough stringent patent laws? Great work nonetheless. Better still go Opus or just stick with 64kbps LC aac which outperforms He-aac in some tests.

Drop box please like Lame or ogg drop box gui as in rarewares tools which allow dropping in an audio input eg wave etc, click an option on the gui and you are good to go. Too complicated to use and sadly will be avoided by most PC users. I understand command prompts well and still find using this tool a pain to use.

Totally needs a GUI or dropbox like rarewares has done for ogg or Lame. Well made, but not for the casual user or tech dummy.
