VideoUpdater - A simple tool used to convert EDL files into Chapters and embed the Chapters (EDL) and Subtitles (SRT) files into MP4, M4V or MKV files. The tool works recursively on directories and has drag and drop options for manual processing. Just make sure the EDL and SRT files are along with the source video files and tool will do the rest.

The tool works recursively on directories and has drag and drop options for manual processing. This tool also has a command line version for batch scripting.

This tool also has a command line version for batch scripting.
SRTValidate - A simple command line tool used to validate and correct (if possible) SRT files. Some tools such as MKVMerge are very finicky about the SRT format. Sometimes tools like CCExtractor create non compliant SRT files which can corrected with this tool. The tool works recursively on directories and has drag and drop options for manual processing. This tool also has a command line version for batch scripting

It preserves all Video, Audio, Subtitle, Chapters, Tags etc found in the original file into the MKV file. The tool works recursively on directories and has drag and drop options for manual processing.

Brilliant set of tools to do thing you don't normally find other things to do. Odds and ends
Add/extract subtitles and chapters, converting EDL to chapters
a cool tool to convert all files and tracks to MKV
Heard upcoming tool to edit WMC metadata also
And I love that it can done in bulk with drag and drop.
