OGMRip is like a new acidrip. Since acidrip is no longer developed, I moved on to OGMRip. Has all the features I need for a DVD to xvid/x264/theora rip. Supports deinterlacing and pulldown, you can use ogg, mp3, aac, pcm, or the orignal for audio, with avi, mkv, ogm, and mp4 as the container. Uses mencoder to encode.

There isn't a way to open an ISO file using the gui, but if you launch if from the command line using

ogmrip /path/file.iso

It will open the ISO file just fine.

OGMRip includes these tools with it
dvdcpy
srtutil
subp2pgm
theoraenc
