1) Copy neroAACEncoder.exe in megui encoder/audio encoder folder.
2) open MeGUI ---> Options (TAB) ---> Settings
in settings tab select external programme settings, nero aac enc
3) Manually browse the location (megui encoder/audio encoder), the folder in which has neroAACencoder is copied, and save it.

The finest AAC encoder, possibly highest-quality AUDIO encoder (lossy). High-quality results at a lower bitrate/file size than many competitors. Unique 5.1-channel possibilities. Most people will need/want a UI (ex: MeGUI).
