IMPORTANT : Whatever you do, BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL FILE !! Because MP4Muxer always overwrites it, without letting you know. You cant even setup a different output location, it has to be the original file. I even nuked my original file when i tried to use the demultiplex function. I deleted the tracks because i thought it would only remove them from the application's cache, BUT no, of course it also removed them from the original file, without notice ! WHY ?

Most excellent, it will let you set the frame rate, height and width as well as other stuff. I wish TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5 or 6 would do this on muxing streams, video Mastering Works 6 would say a h264 stream is 47.952 when it is actually 23.976, I never want to re-encode video or audio because it will kill the quality to the point I can see and hear the difference. I wish TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 6 would incorporate manual frame rate and size settings into the advanced tools/ multiplexer advanced, I have always purchased TMPGEnc Video encoders because I really like to be able to manually set what perimeters I feel like setting. might be weird however I never did like the "preset", "default" or "auto" settings on anything. whoever wrote this software should ask for donations or offer a paid version, I would pay definitely for this.

Wanted to mux one mp4-file (video) with one m4a-file (audio).
Prog does not work, can't put the m4a in.
Useless Prog.

GUI is simple, I only wanted to demux a .mp4 file and it crashed when I tried on all 3 files, so I can't really comment on how well it works, cause it didn't at all.
The file was MPEG4-AAC / H264

I tryed to convert an MKV file to MP4 using this tool. Everything went fine apart from the fact that while the MKV had AC3 audio 6 channel the final MP4 contains a 2 channel audio file.

It did what its supposed to do: Mux and DeMux h.264 and AC3 (or AAC) streams flawlessly into an MP4 container that is ISMA 10 Compliant or 3GP Compliant or with 64 Bit Addressing without no loss of quality. It also has an "Analyze" section that's supposed to analyze MP4 file atoms and dumps but I didn't try it because I have no idea what that's about.
