Certainly performs as advertized, and it's fast

If you want WMV-files this is THE tool to do it. It is MUCH faster than MediaEncoder.
Unfortunately there is no description of what the profiles are.
Wish of entering WMV file descriptions.

Love this tool!
I was one of the unfortunate few who could not import MPEG-2 into Windows Movie Maker or Windows Media Encoder yet this tool never flinched. Not much control but you don't need much anyway.
Very easy to hack the XML files to set up your own custom profiles too. I've removed the profiles that came as standard and have replaced them with my own custom settings to enable me to use this tool on DVDs and output at 640 x 480.
If anyone wants to know how to hack the XML files email me: jim.malenko@gmail.com or PM me in the forums.
