I like this software, I use it mainly because it can display multiple subtitles to switch in the "Subtitle Tracks", which allows me to translate a subtitle and keep the original for reference. It can generate a waveform but it very slow, the timeline is great for changing the start and end of subtitles. The subtitles can be colored, have different fonts, positions and be exported in several formats. It's really good.

II follow the RULES for instal..istall goes perfect....BUT but when i lunch AHD Subtitles Maker 5.22.432 choosin English language...AHD Subtitles Maker 5.22.432 just disapear and wont open..I try everything.. NOTHING OT WORK !!!! Please any sugest ???

There ISN'T any "OK button" anywhere (tried hitting "enter" instead, but to no avail, so every option's rendered USELESS). Doesn't anybody READ its instruction manual BEFORE posting it >:( ?

Same as previous comment. Unable to load mkv and mp4 media files, and doesn't seem to support vsfilter advanced tags. But videos encoded with XviD (avi) work.
Aegisub does a better job and is more comprehensive than this one.

Could not get this to work.
Made sure the video and subrip files shared the same name & in same directory, dowloaded and installed k-lite codecs.
Also tried with Win8.1 64 - same problem.
Refuses to display video!! (Using .MP4) Video files work with every other program I've thrown at it.

This is an excellent tool that greatly facilitates the subtitle editing.
Works well with different languages ​​and encodings.
It is easy to synchronize the subtitles.
Allows you to view multiple subtitle tracks. Fixes common problems with a few simple clicks.
You can save projects. Exporting is excellent.
