No, support for Windows 7 hasn't ended. The 32-bit version uses an XP-compatible fork of yt-dlp (the 32-bit version of 3D YouTube Downloader isn't listed on the Vinhelp site, I don't know why) and is XP/Vista/7/8 compatible. You can also replace the installed yt-dlp with a Win 7 compatible fork in the 64-bit version and the 64-bit version will then work under Win 7 too.

This is the 2nd review I posted on this piece of software. I realize this app is very under-rated and I try to do it some justice.
1) This is a Windows app. If you were looking for an UNIX app, you were looking at the wrong forum.
2) This is a portable app, so there is no uninstall problems. Just don't launch it.
3) This app requires updates to work, not because the developer is inept. It is because uTube continuously changing their algorithm to disable people from downloading their videos.
4) This is a proprietary product and is NOT supposed to be open-source. This app is half or less the size of the other apps doing similar works. The user interface is super simple and allows most of us to do all is needed to download. There is also an expert interface for those users who know what they are doing.
5) I am very grateful to the developer for willing to offer this app free-of-charge. It is a great piece of software! Users need to learn to appreciate.

what a pity this app does not work anymore, at least not the the way it did it. The've fixed now in july and it started to work once more. Now, it only downloads videos at small sizes. Finally what happed? Well, hi everyone, I'm still alive lolololol

Really, an awesome software. Free, downloadable version is fully working with no restrains on video duration, codecs use and speed (the only little limitations is that you can queue up to 5 videos in the batch - this got unlimited with the paid version).
Fully funtional, YT-compatible even with nowadays complex streaming video structures.
Has options to download subtitles (just pick: those rendered by the video author, or auto-generated, or autotranslated, for All languages!) AND video thumbnail. It evens automatically renames files according to video titles, and manages existing files on your drive in case of double downloading.
Last but not least, it has a powerful yet lightweight engine... a marvelous program written with expertise!!!

Windows encumbered. No source code, no Linux. Useless for KDE/Plasma desktop, which is far superior to Windows - a nice toy but useless for 30K simultaneous logins.

This is the best YouTube downloader available. The only thing missing (in my uneducated opinion about such things) is the ability to sniff out other methods of streaming, other than those used on listed sites. I go to other sites and I get is a message saying "ERROR: Page analysis, no video found on (whatever) URL." Sorry I can't explain that any better, but I don't speak the lingo. Let me just say that other YT downloaders work on many other sites as well, I just don't know why that is. But when you're downloading 3 to 5 times faster than with other downloaders... It's very noticeable.

I have installed 3d youtube downloader on my computer, and I say that in terms of youtube (I only say YT because I only used it for this site), it is excellent, bordering on perfection, because of not only the standard formats download, but because it gives you the ability to download other formats (I think it's called legacy) as well as subtitle download, which is a hitherto indispensable option for youtube downloader programs; Only one issue I do not agree with is to charge for the same program (although the value is very attractive and affordable), so that it does the same function (say download), because depending on the program (even being free as the jodwnloader 2 or atube catcher for example) this function is common, although I believe that is not only why it will be charged, but it is an excellent program anyway and owes nothing in its quality.

It isn't really easy to use. Important options are buried deep under layers of menus. But if you can get the hang of it you have a lot of control over what you download. So the interface needs a lot of work, but it definitely gets the job done. Note: to download more than one video at once you can just open the program again.

Appreciate it doesn't say 3D Videos but does so imply that since YouTube has videos. Hope this may help the developer if read.
Downloaded to try.. And the score doesn't reflect anything other than this site forgot to allow no score. Maybe meant so we don't give feedback until try but instead does the opposite since feedback maybe given before if see something could be changed to better the software.
