Superb dvd-r , allot of time spend in the disc technology , (advanced azo layer)less scrathes than normal dvd-r by his hardened top layer. verbatim is a little more expensive than the regular dvd recordable disk marks , but this will pay it self back by his reliability after years you can still see your movies you've burned today ,( there are cheaper dvd media types which will end up in a fiasco for your movies after a year you wont be able too view most of your films , i've encountered this problems allready with princo's i'd burned two years ago , they all had little rosty puts in it after two years , hardly too see by light this is a chemical reaction by the glue and the two layers of the cd which are glued together)so better go safe with verbatim's proven quality for years or take the risk of the cheap disks and end up with non payable disks ,better pay a little more for the dvd recordables and they will work for years and years , then money away and after a year your movies are defected ,little more money spending by burning on verbatim but non unexpected failures of the disks afterwards.greetings flying_dutchman
