DVD-Audio Explorer 2008 is a useful program to rip tracks from, explore, and do all sorts of things with a DVD-Audio disc. You can set it up with other command-line tools to extract the tracks to any audio format you like.
TShed is a program that provides front-end interfaces for batch processing media using some of the most widely used video/audio freeware such as DGPulldown, Quenc, MKVExtrac, HCenc and FFMpeg.
[sic], Simple iPod Converter, is a very simple Windows application that converts videos to iPod-supported formats. It is a graphical front-end to ffmpeg, that simplifies the process for those who don't care much about their bitrates and resolutions.

HDTVtoMPEG converts HDTV MPEG2 transport stream files(.ts) to standard MPEG2 video files playable (mostly) by media player, many software DVD player programs, and readable by video converters. Join several ts to one ts.
MKVBoxer is a one click solution for MKV to XBOX360(MKV to MP4). MKVBoxer uses MKVextract to get both streams. Then it changes the h264level to 4.1 (really fast, just rewrites some bytes. After that I convert the audio to stereo acc, using a tool that makes a wav and then the nero encoder to encode to ACC. And at the end it is all merged together in a MP4 container with MP4Box. Works in VISTA! but still in early development.
Cut Assistant helps cutting video files (wmv, avi), for examaple to get rid of commercials within a TV recording. It is a windows graphical user interface (GUI) for asfbin and virtualdub. With these tools it can cut videos without re-encoding. Comes with a video player. Cuts can be saved in cutlists. Cutlists can be exchanged with other users over a cutlist server (www.cutlist.de). System requirements: WinXP, DirectX 9c or better, Codecs for your video files.
Batch DVD Streams Converter is a free, open-source software to convert all popular media formats to DVD streams - M2V, AC3, WAV for the next DVD Authoring with included MuxMan DVD Authoring Tool, or with any other DVD Authoring software, such as DVD Lab Pro, or GUI for dvdauthor, etc.
IsoPuzzle is CD/DVD recovery software. The goal of this program is to recover as much as possible data of damaged, bad burned or scratched CDs or DVDs. This version is experimental and supports only data CDs and DVDs with sectorsize of 2048 byte - Audio CD, VCD and SVCD are not supported. Requires ASPI.dll.
H264TS_Cutter is a HDTV-Transportstreams (AVC / H.264) cutter. The source material won't be encoded, so you can only cut on I-Frames (the program will look for it by itself). If you want to use the video playback function, a ts-splitter and an avc-codec have to be installed. Requires .Net Framework 2.0
VirtualDubMod is a unification of several popular modifications of the famous video editing software VirtualDub. Unification of three projects, VirtualDubMPeg2, VirtualDubOGM, VirtualDubAVS and more.
h264tsto can either demux the H.264 digital tv ts stream to a raw *.h264 file. Or it can mux the H.264 stream into a Matroska (*.mkv) container. It's a command line tool. Usage: h264tsto srcFilename.ts destFilename.mkv | destFilename.h264. Requires Elecard demuxer,dump.ax (to h264), Haali Media Splitter, Haali Matroska Muxer (to mkv).
Nero AAC/AAC+ UI is a frontend for Nero AAC. Encode WAV or FLAC files to MPEG-4 AAC/AAC+. Decode from FLAC or AAC/AAC+ to WAV. Automatic tagging of AAC/AAC+ files from FLAC files that have tags (only English character set supported at the moment). Change the priority of AAC/AAC+ and FLAC encoder and decoder programs on-the-fly. Requires the free Nero AAC. Included in our mirror download.
Virtualdub-MPEG2 is a Virtualdub mod with MPEG2(SVCD, DVD, VOB) import support. Experimental ASF/WMV parsing in latest versions.
WatchHDTV consists of three programs- WatchHDTV, WatchHDTV Play, and WatchHDTV Scheduler. The main WatchHDTV program can be used to view live HDTV, timeshift, and record. WatchHDTV Play is a file player to play recordings created by WatchHDTV. WatchHDTV Scheduler can be used to schedule events and to record silently- recording programs without having to view it. Also included are ATI Remote Wonder plug-ins for WatchHDTV and WatchHDTV Play.
The VC12AVI Multiplexer converts VC-1 elementary streams to AVI streams by multiplexing. The resulting streams are accepted by VirtualDub and others for editing, encoding and further processing. Aften is a simple, open-source, A/52 (AC3) audio encoder. It is based on the AC3 encoder from FFmpeg, but some improvements are added. Command line tool but GUIs are also available, download EncWavtoAC3 here or the old download AftenGUI here.

OGMcleaver extracts video, audio and subtitle tracks from OGM and MKV files. It is basically an oversimplified GUI for OGMTools and MKVToolnix. Requires MKVtoolnix for MKV files.
WMVMuxer is a muxer and encoder for the Windows Media Format. WMVMuxer comes with features not found in other WMV encoders, like AVI (WMV) to WMV conversion without reencoding, as needed for XBox 360 playback and access to the conversion graph. Import AVI files or AviSynth scripts and convert to WMV! Be sure to install the included HDTV Dump filter if you get problem starting WMVMuxer.
avsFilmCutter merge your AviSynth video editing, script authoring and encoding tools into a single interface to speed up and enhance your video project.
HDV Data Monitor is very simple tool to view datacodes of some HDV cameras and files. In some cases you need to rename the file first to .mpg. This program has been designed to work with PAL (25pfs) camcorder and material. It should not be used for NTSC (29,95fps) camcorder or material.

RipIt4Me is a freeware utility that helps you backup your copy protected DVDs. Recently released DVDs are now very often equipped with stronger copy protections - such as ARccOS and RipGuard DVD. Programs like DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter cannot handle these types of discs. RipIt4Me is fully automated and the wizard will guide you through all the necessary steps involved. If you prefer, there is also a true "1-Click" mode that will perform all the involved steps automatically for you.

DGPulldown takes a progressive MPEG2 video elementary stream, and applies pulldown flags to change it to a higher legal MPEG2 output frame rate. DGPulldown is useful for applying traditional 3:2 pulldown. It is also useful for converting 25fps PAL progressive material to NTSC. It allows you to encode your movie to MPEG2 at 25fps using progressive encoding.

FLVTool2 is a manipulation tool for Macromedia Flash Video files (FLV). FLVTool2 calculates various meta data and inserts a onMetaData tag in the video. It cuts FLV files and adds cue Points (onCuePoint). A debug command shows the inside of a FLV file and the print command gives meta data information in XML or YAML format. AVI2VCD is a simple AVI to VCD(MPEG) Encoder.
QuEnc can be used to encode from avi or an Avisynth Script file to a MPEG1(VCD) or MPEG2(SVCD, DVD) video stream and AC3 or MP2 audio stream.
FixVTS is a very tiny tool that allows you to adjust your DVD files into better DVD compliance, so they can be opened in DVDShrink, vobblanker or other DVD softwares. This is especially useful if your DVD had some kind of copy protection or recorded with a DVD Recorder that prevents DVDShrink, Vobblanker, etc from opening it. FixVTS can fix that for you. HDVSplit is a utility for capturing HDV stream from your camcorder with scene splitting by timestamp. You can also split MPEG2 Transport Stream files captured earlier - new scenes are detected by date and time read from .m2t file.
MKVEXtractGUI and MKVE Wizard are demultiplexer GUIs that allow you to demux mkv streams, split video, audio and subtitle to separate files, from an MKV file. tranzcode is a windows command line utility(GUI also included) used to transcode multichannel wav files into mono wavs by outputting the number of wavs depending on the number of channels read from the wav header. Will also decode/transcode .dts files (48kHz) and DTSWav (44.1kHz) directly into mono wavs depending on the number of channels found. DTS decoding was made available using libdts. SynthEditor is my personal attempt to make AviSynth available to everyone. Those who know AviSynth realize that it is one of the most powerful tools in the world of Video Editing applications but it is, also, the most difficult for everyone that doesn't know what an AVS script is. At this point, SynthEditor, only performs simple cuts and encodes mpeg2 using QuEnc for audio (AC3 and MP2/MPA) and HC for video.
