This is for the Toshiba SD-16VBSB dvd combi, turn on player and wait for the no disc sign to disappear, then press the subtitle button and press the following,57538 and then you should see 2 appear in top left of screen, press 9(multi-region) and press the subtitle button again. hey presto! all done enjoy.
