The above hack also works for Thomson Scenium DPL-950A (Australian version) although here are a few more details -Select DVD mode on remote (mechanical switch) -Ensure no disc in player (NO DISC displays on screen) and DVD tray is closed -When pressing OK on remote, you need to hold it for a few seconds until SLEEP appears on DVD display -Enter the code 26347930, then a series of stars (******) will appear on the DVD display -Press 0 for region free, and SLEEP will appear on DVD display again! **Player still appears to be forcing PAL resolution on all DVD's..... | |||
