The secret factory menu is found by pressing 'setup' (on remote) and then stop,then Chapter track backwards <<, Chapter track forwards >> on the player. select the regional bypass which is listed in the region code list. I believe this also removes the macrovision protection but have yet to test this. | |||

I have tried to update this hack as the one above is edited to make it usless . use the same key presses to get to region setting as the Dansai 952. Macrovision is not available. | |||

I try dis hak on my player and he work , i have a technika dvd 1020 push setup on remote push stop on the dvd than back then ffwr then you have a new menu go to versien en set region code to 0 and its done greetings john. | |||

Switch player on. Open tray (with no disc). On remote Press Setup. Then press 1 3 8 9 A new menu screen will appear with some interesting data, including the currently set Region code.
