power on the dvd as normal no dvd's inserted.then hold stop on the dvd player.while holding press the the numbers on the remote to bring up different codes.one of these will reset to zero if you press right the remote.i cant remember which one it is .i only know my dvd will no play ntsc discs in colour and macro is diabled. mark | |||
