I assume this is the same as the MDV-100 Power on unit Open tray using the remote (press buttons slow and deliberate. you should see an icon that is a circle and blue line through it, top left corner of screen on each key press) Key in 0 5 2 0 then the Up ^ Down v Left < Right > Arrow keys, located around the enter/ok key. Close tray. The words region free should appear on the screen. Repeat the above process to Lock region back again. | |||

No luck with the above suggestion. I don't have an 'enter/ok' button, but rather 'demo/ok' button. The unit does not power up when I hit the power button on the remote, but only when I hit the open drawer button. Unless I am missing something, then no luck, I'm afraid :P | |||

MCDVD 100 MULTI REGION Please follow the steps below: Using the remote control 1. Open the DVD door. 2. Press buttons A-B + 3 + 9. 3. Press buttons 0 for all code, (1 for region 2 for region 2 ect...) 4. Close the DVD door. | |||
