Tried this one on my portable dvd and it works! Same hack as the Dynex DX-PDVD7 to make this player region free : - Power the unit on, have no DVD inside - Press SETUP on the Remote - Hit the right forward arrow key until the "Preference Page" shows up - Press 9-6-5-3 on the remote - A window with Firmware version information comes up - Use the up/down arrow keys to select 0 - Press ENTER on the remote - Leave the setup menu with SETUP | |||
