- power on - open tray (eject) - enter 9999 0 (for region 0) * a bar will appear at the top of the screen with 0 in it - enjoy If, for some perverse reason, you wish to set it to a different region, enter 9999, followed by the region of your choice (e.g. 9999 2, for Region 2). This worked on two units bought in Western Canada, May 2013. Thanks go to the people who have posted hacks for the Curtis players, which is where I got the tip from. (Sylvania is a sub-brand of Curtis.) | |||
