You must use the Remote Control to enter this hack. The DVD player deck keys do not support numerical input. Sylvania SDVD7011 10-inch portable DVD player with swivel screen and 3 hour battery Power on player (on-off switch) with no disc inside Press SETUP on remote Press the down arrow key on remote until you highlight "Preference Page" Press ENTER Key on remote Enter this sequence via number keys on remote 9,6,5,3 Region setting screen will appear on player Use the remote UP/DOWN arrow keys to select region "0" Press ENTER on remote Congratulations you are now free to view all-region DVDs as you should have been allowed to do from the day you purchased the SDVD1030.
