You can Enter Service Mode By Press Together STOP & ENTER Then Turn Volume Clockwise.But You cannot Make Multi-region unless go will get special remote that sony was supplied by their Sole Distributer. The Special Remote is One For All Local Programble Remote controll.Sony was Feed the Secret Code. Procedure: Enter Service Mode then Using Special Remote PRESS TV Button Then Press Key 1,5,3,4,5, suddenly will reset. I found this hack on net and put it here. I don't know if it's works.
