You may have to bring up the service mode in the Main Unit first.. Press the "Stop" & "Eject" button simultaneously and then turn the volume up on the main unit (all keys to be pressed only on the main unit and not on the remote) Press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 from Service Remote or send relevant keys from winsamp application running in any pc which also has an IR port. You will get a "Data Reset" message, when done. | |||
