	The Sony NS-series remote control hack also works for this player, just tested and made mine region-free. Enter 11 22 33 44 55, player says "SUCCESS", and again 11 22 33 44 55.

	Sony DVP – NS92V Region Free Hack ________________________________________ I found this on the net and tried it last night on my Region 2 model. It worked like a dream. I used my kamelion one for all 6 remote. prepare: 1. select dvd device on remote 2. hold magic button until device key blinks twice 3. enter device code 0533 program buttons 1-5 with the following codes: 1 - 189 2 - 255 3 - 095 4 - 221 5 - 079 1. hold magic button device key blinks twice 2. press 994 3. press magic 4. enter 3digit code from above 5. press button (1..5) where to program it 6. repeat steps 1 to 5 for all keys. The NS92V in standby mode, press sequentially 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 5 5 and you will get the SUCCESS message. Then again 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 5 5 and the NS92v will go back in standby mode and Bingo! It works! 	I cracked the region-code of my Sony DVP-NS92V with a Kameleon One for all URC-8206 remote. Use the following codes: For the device: 0533 Program buttons 1-5 with the following codes (see your manual for the correct "magic key" procedure): 1: 00189 2: 00255 3: 00095 4: 00221 5: 00079 Then turn the DVD player off (standby) and enter the following on your remote: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 The player will show "SUCCESS" Then again: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 And HEY HOOOO! It works. I tried the 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5 way first - and it didn't work. My way does though! Yepeehhh!

	Sony DVP-NS92V region crack with a Kameleon URC-8040 remote (it really works with all the Kameleon's wich have a Magic key). Follow these easy steps: First uou have to delete all programmed codes on the remote: press and hold magic (blink's twice) - press 980 (blink's four times) Second: Press DVD button - press and hold magic (blink's twice) - press 0533 (blink's twice) Third: 1: 00189 2: 00255 3: 00095 4: 00221 5: 00079 1. Press and hold magic button (blink's twice). 2. Press 994. 3. Press magic (only tap it, do not hold the key down). 4. Enter 5 digit code from above. 5. Press button (1-5) where to program it. 6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 for all keys. Then turn the DVD player off (to standby), then enter the following on your remote: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 The player will show "SUCCESS" in the display. Then again: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ------------------------- Finished:) REGION FREE!!!
