This uses the same remote control hack that works for other sony dvp-ns models. Tested on region 2 model using One-For-All remote control. Probably doesn't work for region 1 model. One-For-All remote control programing steps, set the code to control the Sony player. Press these buttons DVD, magic (hold for 2 blinks), 0533 Then program the codes for the 1-5 keys - the last digit is the key number. Some older One-For-All remotes might need only the last 4 numbers. Magic (hold for 2 blinks), 994 (see 2 blinks), magic (brief press), 001891. See 2 blinks if ok. Magic (hold for 2 blinks), 994 (see 2 blinks), magic (brief press), 002552. See 2 blinks if ok.
