This region hack was originally posted by Sinister3000 for the Daewoo DV-700S, but it works flawlessly on my Sanyo DVD-DX501: 1.) Turn on the player and open the drive tray 2.) Enter 8286* (* being the region you want to switch to, 0 for region-free) 3.) A message should appear on the screen saying "Change to region *" the * being the region entered in step 2 4.) this works also for the sanyo dvd-dx510 do exactly as the above instruction 8286 then press the 0/10 below the 7 button. This wil then automatically become region free. thanks to mr gone for the orginal hack Enforcer | |||
