1. Region codes: 2. RC 1: 2, 9, 3, 3, 4 3. RC 2: 3, 8, 7, 6, 7 (or 5, 7, 5, 3, 8) 4. RC 3: 5, 6, 7, 3, 2 5. RC 4: 7, 6, 8, 8, 4 6. RC 5: 5, 3, 8, 1, 4 7. RC 6: 2, 4, 4, 6, 2 1. Turn the player off 2. Press and hold PLAY and STOP 3. Turn on the player 4. Language menu shows up 5. Release the keys 6. Select language 7. Press REPEAT 8. Enter the corresponding combination for your current RC (see top of the page) 9. Current RC should be displayed 10. Press the button for the desired RC (9=codefree) 11. Open the disc tray 12. Today at the store it tried the other hack on 2 different HT-F450k units and could not get it to work. I found the hack below online, tried it and it worked on both HT-F450k units that the salesman let me hack. 1. Unplug the player for about 30 seconds. 1. Turn on the player with remote control, without disc. 2. When message "No disk" appears, press ENTER on the remote. 3. Press 8,4,2,6,9. 4. Press ENTER again. The player will turn off automatically if hack works after the second ENTER. | |||
