Samsung Service Centre in South Africa gave me the unblock code. Please note that it will only unblock all regions for dvd's. There is no unblock code for blu ray discs for this machine so you still have to buy region specific blu ray discs. Here are the instructions they gave me: - Make sure your machine is turned on. - Make sure there is no disc in the machine and that the tv says the same thing I.e. There is no disc in the machine. - press the repeat button on your remote (you have 2 repeat buttons on your remote. You want to press the normal one). - Press 57538 - on the top left or right corner of your screen, a tiny number 2 should appear. - as soon as it disappears, press 9 on the remote control.
