I already test it, IT WORKS! 1: Turn DVD player on, with NO DVD in the tray. 2: Press Repeat on remote control (Bottom right key) 3: Enter 76884 (Should see a Yellow 4 or any other number displayed) 4: Press 9 (Previous number change to a yellow 9) 5: Open tray, close tray 6: Turn off DVD player, turn it back on. | |||

I obtain this instructiosn diretly from Samsung customer service line, to open the producto to all zones. 1: Turn DVD player on, with NO DVD in the tray. 2: Press smultaneusly play and stop, 5 secs, you will see at the dislay (no disk) 3: Press Repeat on remote control (Bottom right key) 4: Enter 768849 5: Open tray, close tray 6: Turn off DVD player, turn it back on. | |||
