On the Prima DVD-1500, region coding can be changed via the remote control. This can be done whether there is a DVD in the tray or not. The procedure for making the player region free is: 1. Press “Setup” 2. Press 1 for region 1, 2 for 2 etc. (7 is the bypass for all regions.) 3. Press “Pause/Step” 4. Press “Previous” |<< 5. press “Next” >>| 6. Hi i got a Prima tv/dvd combo (combination flat color television and dvd/vcd/cd player ) DV 2018 and DV 2418 - ont the manual cover ) used information from this site for prima dvd 1500, but worked good on my tv 1. Press “Setup” first times was not good, but do it a couple times and gonna work you can also try this 1. Put in DVD, wait until it complain Wrong Region 2. press 0, then >> enjoy it | |||
