1 - Turn the player on and open the disc tray. 2 - Press 1 3 7 9 in sequence using the remote control. A screen will appear showing the current region code and software information. 3 - Press "Enter" until the region changes to the desired number (9 is multi- region). 4 - Press "Stop" to confirm the change. | |||

I tried the above hack several times, both with the cover open and closed, and nothing happened. I was able to view the 'region code' screen using the "Setup - Preferences" hack suggested for other Polaroid models, but neither the arrow keys nor the "enter" key would allow me to change the region. I just bought the player new today. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. | |||
