Bought this today and this is what worked for me: 1-Open the Cover; 2-Press 1379 using the remote control,(You will see dashes while entering the numbers). A screen will apear, showing the current Region and software information; 3-Press Enter Key until the Region changes to 9 (Multi Region); 4-Press stop; 5-Enjoy. Now the DVD is ready for your region. | |||

I've found a second way, I don't know.... Way #2 1. Hit Setup and go to Preferences then scroll to the far right. 2. Press 1379 on your remote. 3. Choose the region u want or choose 9 for region free. 4. Press Stop....Done | |||
