Type: Universal Remote Hack. The Philips Pronto .CCF file available from PioneerFAQ.info works for this device. Find the file here: http://www.pioneerfaq.info/english/dv585.php?play ... ultiregion I downloaded the shareware version of TV remote controller 5.7 from http://www.pdawin.com/ I installed the software on my old Compaq iPaq H3660, and copied the CCF file over to the PDA. I opened the CCF file. It opened a remote interface consisting of a single button. I had to have the DVD recorder turned on to see any effect on the DVD recorder. When I then pressed the button on the PDA, the DVD recorder turned itself off. Once I had done this, I turned it back on and tested it. It can now play my imported DVDs. | |||
