You put a Region '0' DVD and let it play for a few seconds then remove this DVD and immediately insert the DVD you want to view. I use David Blaine Mystifier which is Region 0 and it works magic for me. I hope it works for you. Luis. | |||

Hello The DV-535 CAN be made region free. There is a company in Denmark that does it and it really works. But it´s not an auto-changer....you have to manually change the region code for the movie you want to see. Here´s a link Http://www.mm-vision.dk | |||

Hi... I have a Pioneer DV-535 and it is Region free. It changes region automatically (or else there is no region), i have movies from all around the world, and they alle plays very fine. I have bought the player in Denmark. | |||

- Remove any disc in the tray - Press the Setup on the remote control - Move over to GENERAL using the arrow keys - Select BASIC, press DISPLAY (This will display your region and firmware version). - Press CONDITION/MEMORY (nothing is displayed or changed on the screen). - Press the REGION # required (i.e. 2 for Region 2 etc). - Press MENU to store.
