Searched here and at a lot of other places. Combined some of the hacks found and it worked perfectly :) First you need a Pocket PC with IR port or any other remote that can import CCF files. Get the pronto edit software [URL="http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/files/rcfiles.cgi?area=pronto&db=other&br=programs&dv=philipsprontoseries&md=philipsprontoeditv405&kw=&st=&ar=&dt=&so=&pg=1&file=software/ProntoEdit4.zip"]here[/URL] Next you need the CCF file for pioneer dv-454: I used [URL="http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/files/rcfiles.cgi?area=pronto&db=devices&br=pioneer&dv=dvdplayer&md=dv454&kw=&st=&ar=&dt=&so=&pg=2&file=ccf_templates/dvd_players/pio-dvd-dv454.zip"]this[/URL] one. Next up: Load the CCF file with the pronto software. Under Devices there's the DVD player. Click on that one and then choose numbers. Double-click on "0" (zero). There's a button named 'set IR". Click on that one. Next click on "View IR". Here it's possible to change the IR code.
