The hack above didnt quite work for mine... the codes seemed to unlock regions than was neither R1 nor R2 (alas, the only discs i have to check it with). However, after a lil trial and error, i found these codes to work fine : with no disc in, press Play, then 1,5,9 then when the lil yellow/orange menu pops up, type in : for Region 1 : 003 000 128 156 (the last number doesnt show, but an icon changes once its pressed). then press play. for Region 2 : 001 000 128 156. then press play. also found that i could kinda crash the drive with the code: 000 000 128 156. i had to switch the TV off and the mains to revert it. | |||

I tried EJMBON's hack for region 1... and I am now locked; can't even open the DVD... Do you guys know what I can do about it ? TX a lot ! | |||
