With No Disc in the machine Press "play" on the main unit On the Remote, press "1", "4", "0", "0" A service menu will appear. If it does not, try again while entering the remote code quickly. From the service menu, with the remote, press the "right" arrow to select the "region" tab Press "Down" to select the region field Now press "left" or "right" to change the region number to "0". Press "OK" on the remote. Press "Setup" on the remote. Player should be region free. | |||
