Remove disc. Close the tray - "no disk" will appear. On the remote slowly press 1 6 7 1 9 Region code will appear. Press "OK" button and the region code will increase by one. Push "OK" until you get the region you want. Region code "0" will come up after "9" if that's what you want. Press "exit" or just about any other button to save setting.
