Try this: 1. Open Disc Tray 2. Press RANDOM Button located on the Remote Control 3. Press 1, 0, 2, 3 on the remote control 4. "Configure Player" option will appear on the left side under the setting option 5. Choose Configure Player and select the blu-ray Region of your choice. The menu will remain until you disconnect the Blu-ray player from the wall outlet. If you do not see the configure menu appear then please make sure that settings menu is closed when you perform the above sequence. Note that RANDONM is a button labled random on the remote control.
