Works for me: Everything must be done with the remote control : - Power on the player - Open tray - Enter the following code : 7890 - A secret setup menu appears indicating the current zone and the version of firmware - Press ENTER on remote control to select appropriate zone (Zone 9 for multizone) - Power off player; the settings will be saved | |||

I have just purchased one of these machines from Sainsbury's, took it out of the box, and hey presto it's multi region and plays dvd+/-r/rw discs, all for under £40. A real bargain. | |||
