I know this works as i've just (a minute or 2 ago) used it to unlock a friends Matsui PL617, bought in the UK. Give approximately 1 second between key presses. 1) Close door (with no disc) 2) Using remote control press "setup" (the normal setup menu will appear) 3) Press "next" (button with >>| on it) 4) Press "previous" (button with |<< on it) 5) Press "next" 6) Press "previous" 7) The current region number should appear on the top right of the screen 8) Use the left and right buttons to scroll through and change code to your region of choice (region free is 255) 9) Press "setup" 10) Press "setup" again 11) Press "play" (your player should now be region free) | |||
