1.Turn on your DVD player 2.Open disc tray either using the EJECT button on the Player or the OPEN button on the remote 3.Press 2812 4.A menu should pop up, press OK, ENTER or RETURN until the number scrolls up to 9. (If you press the wrong button, turn off your DVD and then turn it back on before trying again.) 5.Your DVD player is now region-free (you can play any countries DVD's). You can confirm that your player is now region-free by noticing that it says 9 now when pressing 2812 instead of your original region code. This worked for me in Sao Paulo, Brazil. | |||
