The same hack as used with the LVC-9015G also works with this newer model: (1) Go to the setup screen. (2) Scroll down to EXIT, but do not press EXIT. (3) Enter the numbers 2,9,6,0. (4) Region Menu screen will appear; Select "(0)" or Region Free. (5) Press Setup to exit. The recorder is now Region Free. | |||
