This Video-DVD combo by LG Electronics shares hacks with other LG models. Actually I found and applied successfully what follows from postings for the LG DV-9900H: Region Code: follow the key sequence: Pause,3,1,4,1,5,9 0=all ----- Alternatively: With tray open Hit 0,0,0 Menu shows to enter the region code. 0=Code free then exit with "Pause" | |||

Another hack taken from the LG DV-9900H which also works on this model: -- Factory reset + SYSTEM INFORMATION page go to Setup/video/TV Aspect/16:9 and press 1,3,9,7,1,3,9,ENTER -- Unfortunately the Macrovision one did not; wondering if there is any other which would do the job... | |||
