The region unlock for the LG RC6821W is as follows. Press "Setup" Go to "Lock" Press 0 seven times. Press "Return" You should briefly see a message on your TV screen which says "Congratulations ! Your machine is now Region Free." or something like that. It worked for me. | |||

I also have the LG DR6921W. After Pressing 0 seven times, it had something on the screen, saying "region free mode", but I then pressed the number 0 an eighth time, followed by the return button and it worked. | |||
