Turn on TV and player, press home key on player remote; in setup, scroll down to the padlock icon, press 0000000 and you will be region free. Easy as that. | |||

The method used for the LG RC195 from the hack of July 20, 2006 works fine. One thing: when you get to the "padlock" option on your remote, leave it there, don't go to the menu to the right which has three options--rating, password, area code. Leave it on "lock" and press 0 x 7. Works like a dream! | |||

I used the same method as Topaz for the LG RC195. It works like a dream. Just go to "Padlock" using your remote, and then enter 7 zeros. A message will appear after the last zero entered "Congratulations? Player (loader) Region Free?" It's that easy. | |||
