PROM Hacking: Power on with empty disc tray Select DVD on remote PAUSE 1,4,7,2 (type digits) (Wait a second or two) Should display current PROM settings Arrow keys to select number to change Number keys to set number For Set letters - Pres key "Program" and 1-a; 2-b; 3-c; 4-d; 5-e; 6-f ENTER after each change - (not confirmed) PAUSE to update ROM - (not confirmed) Power cycle to accept new values (not confirmed) The original setting are as follows: 43 41 60 67 1F 05 F8 31 0b 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 I chanced the settings to: 43 41 60 67 0F 05 F8 31 0b 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 and now I'm able to play all regions, it seems that the change on position 5 from 1f to 0f. 1-reg 1; 2-reg 2 ..... 5-reg 5; 0-All zone. | |||
