Press the Pause button on your remote control. Using your remote control enter the code 3,1,4,1,5 and 9, Press the 0 button on your remote control for Region free. Press the Pause button on your remote control. Power off your player and wait a few seconds. Power on your player and your ready to go! | |||

The hack of converting the LG DV480 works very well. The DVD door MUST be open before proceedeing. I found it best to wait 1 minute before re-starting but after that is works fine. So, once you have started the LG DV480 you, Press pause on the remote Key in 3,1,4,1,5,9 In response to the screen prompting for region code, choose 0 Press Pause Power Down Wait 30 secs or so Power up and we were away. | |||

dont bother with the random code numbers on this model just eject the disc and press 0 a bunch of times and when the screen pops up enter 0 and pause. away you go. | |||
