Kinda lame but putting 8888 as the parental control password releases the country code. This permits you to change the country but for some reason, the region reamins at 1. Anyone have an idea out there? | |||

Okay, you got to pay for this, but it's better than nothing. You do the regiontrick by pushing |<< and >>| simultaneously while putting the machine on, then you put in an external cd (search google), and shazam. | |||
