- Power on with no DVD inside the player; - Press open on the DVD player; - Press Menu button on DVD (or SETUP on remote control), (you see General Setup Page on the screen); - Press the right key 3 times to select the Preference Page; - On the remote control press 9653; - Use the up and down key to select the Region, Select 0 for all regions; - Press Enter.
