	1. open DVD door. 2. press "9999" and then press area code "1" through "6" to select a region, or "0" for all region play. When you enter 9999 nothing will show on screw just do it fast. 9999 then 0 a big 0 will show on upper right of screen. 0 means you are now region free. This worked on my player with a manf. date of April 2013.

	this code does not work anymore. the latest version of this machine has a date of september 2014 and has a different setup menu & remote. i've tried older hacks on it, but no luck. any ideas?

	this is an update to an earlier post. the gpx d200b dvd player used to have a remote hack which became invalid on machines made in 2014. i just bought one made in july 2015 at fred meyer in oregon and the old hack still works. it is: open tray 9999 0 for all region / 1-6 for specific region close tray i have a suspicion that the machines are made in different factories & only one factory makes it with the hack. the hack seems to work when the picture on the box has the power on light on the right and the remote sensor on the left. the 2014 machines which had no hack had them reversed. also, the remote should have a separate pause button and a random play button. they are cheapo, but i have had good luck & few problems with them. they will read moderately damaged discs.

	Works on region 1 player 200B using GPX remote. Press Setup, then 1389. New menu appears. Use up and down arrows for region number. 0 is all regions, press Setup to close menu.
