Make sure the drive tray is empty before proceeding. 1. Press the Setup button on your remote control 2. Press the VOL+ button on your remote control 3. Press the VOL- button on your remote control 4. Press the VOL+ button on your remote control 5. Press the VOL- button on your remote control 6. The onscreen display should show "VER #" indicating the currently set region 7. Using the left and right cursor keys, change the region code to 1 for Region 1, 2 for Region 2, and so on, or set it to 255 for multi-region playback 8.
