	For making an Elta 8908 region-free a 976 KB long file A8908DVD.BIN is required. You need to burn it on a CD-R as ISO-format, no multisession, no Joliet, but ISO level 1 (max. 11 = 8 + 3 characters), mode 1, ISO 9660 character set. The CDs name doesn't matter. I could provide that file but I do not know how.
